This little chair was part of the wonderful gift from Pam Wright that goes with the desk posted earlier. It was splattered with paint and scuff marks. Emily stripped it, sanded it, stained it and sealed it. Even my little Boomer likes it!
Emily made a cushion for it so she will be a bit more comfy during hours of study crafting!
Here is the completed desk and chair.
I let her use some of my drawer liner for the desk drawers. What a great project for her to learn the value of a trash to treasure project! She purchased the paint, stripper, sealers, drawer knobs, fabric, foam cushion and a paint brush to complete the project. Usually we would have had most of these items on hand, but grandpa has just used up the stain and sealer on doors for a rental house.
Inspired to do a trash to treasure yourself?
