Deb's Stamp Pad: Valentine Tag

I've been playing with other mediums lately and this is what I came up with. I painted the background, then used ink to sponge through this past Stampin Up stencil (oh love it) Then I popped on a flower I had in my stash along with some ribbon and vellum verse. I used mica watercolor paint to give it the pearl shine. The heart is an old earring I took apart and tied on. Hope you are inspired to make a few valentine gifts to give too.
