I know I have been missing in action. I hope I still have readers left, and that you weren't too worried about me. Since my last post, my sweet dad had a heart attack. He is okay, but it was a very long recovery. He got a new stint and pacemaker for the new year, and I am happy to report he is just about back to is adorable self. Then just this past week my dear mom-in-law ended up in the ER. She has been sick for about a week, and we feared the worst, the flu. But thank the Lord she didn't have it, and is much better.
So I can say I officially have a new full time job... Nursing home director! That is my lot in life and I couldn't ask for a better job - caring for my parents. I am so thankful I am well enough and can stay at home to be here for them.
